Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Chicago 'Lost and Found'

The Air Jordan 1 “Lost & Found” releases at Shoe Palace locations and on this November 19. The Lost & Found is one of Jordan Brand’s biggest releases of 2022.

Lost & Found

Jordan Brand is known for its brilliant marketing and storytelling. So many Jordan Brand sneakers have great stories attached to them. The tales are often tied to the brilliance of Michael Jordan’s career, or the rich history of Jordan Brand.

Lost & Found is a highly anticipated release, and that is largely tied to the story behind the unique Air Jordan 1 sneaker. The Lost & Found shoe is inspired by the mom & pop shops that would carry the Jordan 1 back in the day. Before the internet made it easy to locate and purchase sneakers everywhere in the world, shoes, like the Air Jordan 1, could get lost in a small shop’s basement/storage.

The Air Jordan 1 “Lost & Found” features distressed and aged detailing throughout. The leather on the collar, mid-panel, and toe, is cracked to sell the vintage theme. A vintage style invoice comes with every pair of the shoes. Jordan Brand went the extra mile to make sure the story was told perfectly.

About the Air Jordan 1

Every great story must have an opening chapter. For the legend of Jordan Brand, its first chapter is the Air Jordan 1. The simplicity of the shoe in many ways makes it even more poetic and fitting as a first chapter. In 1985, nobody could have dreamed Michael Jordan would become the greatest basketball player of all time. They also never could have dreamed how influential and successful the Air Jordan sneaker franchise would become. The Air Jordan 1 is literally the 1 that started it all.
