Online Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.shoepalace.com. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All returns are subject to restocking fees.

• All items must be complete and in their original, undamaged packaging. For shoes, please package the shoe box to avoid damaging the original box.

At this time, please note the following additional conditions:

• Online items purchased from our online store, www.shoepalace.com, can only be returned or exchanged online by following the instructions on this page.
• Retail items purchased from our retail store locations can only be returned or exchanged at a retail store by following the in-store policies/procedures.
• Returns received more than 30 days after date of shipment will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Print out this Returns & Exchanges Form and include it with your return package.

  • Returns

    All "Regular" items are subject to a $6.99 restocking fee per item. All "New Release" and "Limit One Per Customer" items are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee. The original shipping charges of the order are not refundable. Shoe Palace is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges. The customer is solely responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We recommend tracking packages when you ship your return. Once we receive the return in our warehouse, we will inspect it for quality and any damage to ensure that the items returned are in original condition. Once the returned items pass through our inspection and quality check, we will issue the refund in the same method of payment as the original.

  • Exchanges

    We can exchange your items for another size, color, or style. If the item requested is in stock, we will contact you to charge the shipping for the item. If the item you wish to exchange with is no longer in stock, we will notify you, and a refund will be issued. We suggest you place a replacement order as we return your item to make sure products don't sell out. If you refuse delivery on your order a fee will be charged.

  • Shipping

    To ensure your return or exchange is properly processed, please print and fill out the following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and include it with your shipment.

    Please note that Shoe Palace is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges UNLESS AN ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE or IF SHOEPALACE.COM SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM.

  • Processing

    We will process your return/exchange within 8-10* business days after it is received in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Exchanges will be shipped using ground service, and you can expect your package in 4-7 business days following processing. You will receive an email from us to confirm the processing of your return or exchange. * During the Holiday Season processing time may exceed the 8-10 business days.

  • Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will try to fulfill your request but we cannot guarantee it. Due to our automated shipping process there is a short time frame to cancel orders. All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

  • Changes

    Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any major changes to the order, however, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute edits to the shipping address. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as practical. Naturally, we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped.
