The LeBron 20 is the lightest signature sneaker from LeBron yet. It has a luxury inspired design. Its is the first LeBron signature sneaker to debut in a low top. The 20 has Zoom Air in the forefront and the heel. It has a carbon fiber midfoot shank. There is cushioning in the underfoot, the forefront has a top loaded Air Zoom Turbo unit. The heel has a large size Zoom Air unit to help with impact protection.
The Next Generation
James and Nike wanted to create a sneaker that could serve the needs of the next generation of players. The shoe features a design that pays honor to important moments in LeBron’s career. The stitched tag inside the tongue says, “Designed and Engineered to the Exact Specifications of the Next Generation.” LeBron had his sons in mind when he was working with Nike on the 20. 20 Years With Nike
When LeBron James entered the NBA at the age of 18, he changed everything. His speed and power on the basketball court was unlike anything we have seen before. Nike and James have been partners since the very beginning of LeBron’s illustrious career. When LeBron signed with Nike as a teenager, he was given a seven year deal worth 90 million. After that deal expired, the King and Nike would eventually agree to a rare in the industry, lifetime deal. Nike and LeBron have agreed to a forever marriage that reportedly brings LeBron 30 million a year and the total deal is supposedly worth more than 1 billion. It is believed that LeBron’s signature line, which includes shoes and apparel, is estimated to earn Nike more than $600 million a year.
